You may return the products to us, as long as a returns number has been issued prior to the return, whereupon a full refund will be made provided that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and must not have been removed from the original packaging in its original state. Any item received after 14 days or is not in a resalable state the item will be returned to the customer (at the customers cost) as we no longer accept returns after 14 days (UK mainland only).
